Screening of “The Crowd” at the AMPAS Samuel Goldwyn Theater Back

Posted October 22, 2013

It was an evening of nostalgia as we catered the screening of "The Crowd" at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences on Tuesday, October 22, at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater.  The event was part of the Mary Pickford Celebration of Silent Films.  This 1928 classic silent film was one of the 1st 25 films to be selected for preservation in the US National Film Registry.   Crowd-1928-Poster
