Ever since I was young I imagined that I would be the owner of a business doing what moved me most. The only thing I had to figure out was what I was passionate about! My interest in food started back in high school and only grew as I attended The Restaurant School in Philadelphia and then worked in various restaurants and corporations along the way. My childhood dreams became reality with the launch of Alligator Pear. What continues to excite me daily is the ability to envision and produce event after event that allows me to bring my love of food to you.
Growing up in a family owned grocery and meat business was the beginning of my obsession with food. My background with several national restaurant chains, The Ritz Carlton Hotel and now more recently in the outside catering and event planning world for the last ten years has given me well rounded experience in every phase of the food and beverage service industry. Anticipating the needs of the guest and creating an atmosphere of warmth, lightheartedness and comfort has been my mission. Developing, training and maintaining a professional staff to perpetuate this mission has been my forte. After literally hundreds and hundreds of special events from small house parties to an elaborate dinner for Prince William and Princess Catherine

I am from a large family and I love engaging our community. My experience has been in working with vibrant organizations, developing educational and social programs. Early in my career
I worked with professionals and students in higher education connecting them to vital resources and services. At APC I have the privilege of sharing within the culinary world the imagination, creativity and innovative style that is at the heart of Alligator Pear Catering.
